Designing your EMBR skis is simple. After you fill out our contact form, we will reach out to you and work with you to create a ski unique to your style and preferences.
Can I customize the graphics on my skis?
Yes! EMBR offers a fully customizable experience for your top sheets. You can send us a design of your own, use one of our pre-designed patterns or we can create one for you. Regardless, we ensure that the graphic is perfectly aligned to your ski and that it is high-resolution for a professional finish.
How do I know which ski length and width are right for me?
Ski dimensions will depend on your height, weight, and skill level. We also account for your preferred terrain. We are very knowledgable and happy to help you choose the right fit for you.
Do you offer recommendations for beginner, intermediate, and advanced skiers?
Absolutely. Our custom options can be tailored to any skill level.
Can I order skis for backcountry, powder, or park use?
You bet! EMBR skis can be customized for any terrain. We offer the ability to specify camber, rocker, waist width, and flex to optimize performance for any ski experience.

How much do EMBR skis cost?
Pricing varies by model and customization options. Custom skis start at $1,500 CAD, with additional fees for graphic design and premium materials. Final prices are provided after the design process is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we accept e-transfer only. Payment is required up-front before production begins.

How long does it take to receive my skis?
Custom skis are handcrafted and will typically be ready for shipping 3 - 4 weeks after order confirmation and top sheet approval. During peak season, delivery may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time EMBR only ships within Canada.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your skis are shipped you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
What if my skis are damaged during shipping?
EMBR carefully packages each ski. If damages occurs, contact our support team immediately for assistance.

How do I care for my EMBR skis?
Regular maintenance ensures longevity and long-lasting performance. We recommend a regular waxing schedule based on snow conditions. We also suggest you inspect the edges for burrs or rust, storing your skis in a cool, dry place (away from direct sunlight), and checking your bindings before each season.
Do you offer ski tuning or repairs?
We do not offer in-house tuning but we are happy to recommend service partners.

Can I return or exchange my EMBR skis?
Due to the nature of custom design and top sheets, our custom skis cannot be returned. If there is a manufacturing defect, EMBR will repair or replace the skis at no cost within 2 years of purchase.
Does EMBR offer a warranty?
Yes, EMBR skis come with a 2 year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. Normal wear, accidental damages, or misuse are not covered.

Can I buy bindings from EMBR?
Currently EMBR is focused exclusively on skis. We recommend compatible bindings based on our ski model and level.
Are EMBR skis suitable for all weather conditions?
Yes, EMBR skis are designed to perform in powder, groomed trails, and mixed snow conditions. Custom flex and camber profiles optimize performance for your chosen terrain.
